Overview

At HijabStyle, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must not have been tried directly on the head.

Returns are only accepted if the hijab or shawl was tested over an inner scarf or protective covering, without any direct contact with hair or skin.

The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and the conditions above are confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
